Shri Havagiswami College Library has been a sub-center of the then Marathwada University
(Now Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad). On 17th September
1994, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathaewada Univerrsity, Nanded was established for
four districts of Marathawada Region – Nanded, Latur, Parbhani and Hingoli – then
it became an independent Library of the college.
Library is the nucleus of the teaching-learning process. Though the collection is
not larger by number, it is rich in quality. The basic functioning of any document
is its use and hence a user occupies important place in the functioning of the library.
The Library offers its services and access to information for our students, researchers,
the faculty members, college staff, alumni and the community.
The Library aims to offer services, resources and physical space provides a strong
foundation to support the college in achieving the highest standards in teaching,
learning and research. The Library preserves the knowledge of the past while ensuring
we are a library for the 21st century and beyond. Library employees take privilege
in offering the library services.
