National Service Scheme (NSS)
For overall personality development of students, College has an active unit for National Service Scheme activities. Through this platform we develop awareness about health, hygiene, environment, literacy, leadership skills, etc. The NSS unit has been working in this institution for the last four decades.
Every year 225 students are enrolled from the Faculty of Arts, Commerce and Science at undergraduate level. Sri Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathawada University, Nanded awarded ‘Best Programme Officer’ in 2011-12. A Programme Officer also worked as the SRTMUN Co-ordinator for NSS Activities in 2010-11. College also has a sanctioned NSS Unit for Junior college. In 2012-13, our NSS officer was awarded as the ‘Best Programme Officer’.
Presently Dr. I.G. Shere and Dr. P.M. Devshette are working as Programme Officers for undergraduate section.
